How long does it take to be assigned a caregiver?
We highly recommend that you schedule an in-home assessment today. We will immediately establish a client profile, matching you or your loved one with the most readily available caregiver who can best support your customized plan of in-home care. At Blue Orchid Homecare we work diligently to fill immediate in-home care needs as quickly as possible.
How will I be included and informed on how things are going after a Blue Orchid caregiver takes over providing care?
Our Blue Orchid client management system enables our caregivers to provide daily feedback on client interactions. We proactively share observations, progress, and concerns directly with the responsible family member as often as needed or requested.
What if I have a concern and need to speak with someone after business hours?

Will my medical insurance help cover the cost of in-home care?

Will my Medicare or Medicaid help cover the cost of in-home care?
